Therapeutic Massage – Manipulation of soft tissues of muscle and connective tissue to enhance their function and promote relaxation and well-being. Relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Orthopedic Massage – Rehabilitative massage combining some elements of sports and medical massage.  Orthopedic massage integrates modalities to treat soft-tissue pain and injury to promote flexibility using a form of soft tissue manipulation that aims to treat underlying causes of chronic pain involving the muscular and nervous systems. Addresses circulation, nerve compression, postural alignment, and biomechanical problems that can be caused by repetitive movement injuries.

Upledger CranioSacral Therapy - A gentle, light-touch, manual therapy with the CranioSacral system to help facilitate the body's natural capacity for healing in all systems. It is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the skull, face, and mouth--which make up the cranium--down to the sacrum and tailbone. Since this system influences the development and function of the brain and spinal cord, any imbalance or dysfunction in the CranioSacral system could cause sensory, motor, or neurological disabilities. These problems may include chronic pain, eye difficulties, scoliosis, motor-coordination impairments, learning disabilities, and other dysfunctions of the central nervous system. CranioSacral therapy encourages the body's natural healing mechanisms to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance health and resistance to disease. The CranioSacral therapy practitioner uses a light touch to assist the natural rhythmic waves of fluid within the CranioSacral system. It's often possible that the evaluation alone will remove restrictions and allow the system to correct itself.

MyoKinesthetic System Treatment - (MYK) is a method to quickly and easily reset the body to alleviate (and eliminate) pain, restore range of motion and improve posture. The Myokinesthetic System is a unique and revolutionary technique that offers real and repeatable solutions to help patients and clients. It works with the soft-tissue muscular system to change the nervous system to treat the cause of the problem.

Neural Reset Therapy - (NRT) is a practical, rapid and reliable way to apply these laws of physiology with this advanced form of manual therapy. Muscles are controlled by the nervous system. Proper application of NRT resets the nervous system to release a muscle from excessive tension. With the reset, the knots, pain, and tightness are gone. It eliminates all the trigger points, bands, and nodules without massaging or stretching anything? Applies established neurological/physiological laws to quickly banish the pain and tightness found in dysfunctional muscle tissue. We tap on muscles /tendons or ask you to move or not move in a certain way to reset the nerves into each area. Results are immediate and profound..

Myofascial Release - Soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain relaxing contracted muscles, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulates stretch reflex in muscles.

Pregnancy/Prenatal - During pregnancy, your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing arm and leg swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the massage therapist will help get you into a comfortable position for this type of massage. (Generally given after first trimester)

Skin Brushing - Circulation-enhancing treatment to tone the muscles and nerves of the skin; thus, it improves venous circulation resulting in increased skin function. Strengthens the immune system, aids in lymphatic drainage, and stimulates oil glands rejuvenating skin.

Hot Stone Therapy - Heated rocks are used after applying oil to the body to massage tight muscles melting away tension and stress. The warming and soothing of your sore muscles creates a deeply relaxing, nurturing massage.

Happy Hands Treatment - Heated rocks are combined with natural deep penetrating pain relief gel or salve for arthritis and joint pain, muscle sprains and strains, sore stiff muscles, and bursitis and tendonitis.
